FAQ
The Scale plan carries a $2,500 monthly minimum that applies to platform fees, not to interchange or scheme costs. If your fees for the month come in under the minimum, the difference is billed; if they come in over, you pay only what you used.
The published card rate is blended for typical domestic business-to-consumer volume. Interchange-plus pricing is available on the Enterprise plan, where scheme and interchange costs are broken out per transaction.
Settlement runs on the T+0 to T+2 schedule of each rail. The dashboard shows the cut‑off time per rail, and batches that miss a window are queued for the next one with the reason recorded.
Refunds return the processing fee on the original charge. Failed authorizations are never billed. Disputes carry a flat $15 fee, returned if you win the case.
Conversions between currency balances are charged at 0.45% above the mid-market rate. Every quote shows the rate and the fee separately before you confirm.
